My new mission in life is to return to a design career which is my greatest passion. From my previous experience as an entrepreneur and graphic designer, I enjoy working with clients and helping them build a successful “brand identity” to market for their business.

Animaton - Who says you can't have fun at work?

I had a blast putting this animated video together which my Mentor absolutely "loves it to death."

I called it the "Dancing Chocolate Bars."

Strategy: Experimenting with advertising video in a fun and energetic way to reach a younger market share of viewers.

LEFT: In order to create this video for Captain's Chocolate Company, I had to watch 4 different videos and incorporate 2 photographs. Each of the videos range from 3-15 minutes long. The end result was short and sweet and engaging. The company used the video to post on their company Facebook account and received great responses from their loyal customers.

Team Leader: Paint Department and Weld Shop. It's important to work smart and treat your team members well. A happy team, is a happy Team Leader. Creative thinking can easily help put a smile on co-workers face.

When you can not find that perfect gift. Design it, yourself!

Hubby loves fishing. Also, he is a big fan of certain sport teams: London Knights & Detroit Red Wings Hockey Team, and Miami Dolphins football team. I surprised him one summer with some customized fishing lures.

Who says welding is a male profession? To be honest, it's a great hobby and strategy to get away from the computer work station.

Right: Team Rotation Schedule

Designed a daily Team schedule to keep the team organized and informed. Each team member has a custom made magnetic name tag. This strategy helps remind them of their job rotation every two hours, plus the job station at the beginning of the next day schedule.

Vacationing in Florida, 2008

Visited A National Historic Landmark, Vizcaya Museum and Gardens, Miami, Fl.

Fell in love with the decor at Vizcaya Museum, especially the decorative marble floor in the garden's gazebo.

Seized the opportunity to treasure the memory of our Family vacation and designed a ceramic flooring in the garage, our, "Florida sunroom."

Cami's "Sponsored Employee 2019" at United Way, London Middlesex

Designed a flyer to promote the Stairway Climb fundraising event and ask for donations at work. Designed a set of dice for Trivia games night. Assisted with organizing the Santa Claus Cookie Making event to raise money for United Way. Delivered presentations to local businesses asking for donations on behalf of United Way Annual Campaign drive.

BIQ - GM Built In Quality Annual Auditing and Certification system.

At Cami, Team Leaders in all departments, plantwide are responsible for training all team members and help engage them to learn about company's goals and auditing criteria.

Strategy: Team Leader in Paint Depart. Designed a game to demonstrate the auditing process to team members during a weekly meeting. The process was effective and team members were engaged and retained information much better.

Plantwide monthly auditing procedure, Preparation for the BIQ event.

Team Leader in Weld Shop. Designed a game to refreshed the salary staff and hourly employees about the company's acronyms.

Participant rolls the dice and give the correct answer to the acronyms.

If you got the answer correct, then you get to pick a treat. My team was located in a high traffic area. It was a perfect strategy to get high volume of participation among the workplace. Recognized for leadership in innovative strategy - The President and Department Managers awarded me with a gift certificate.
